Use official or authorised channels
Start at the official Ryder Cup website for ticket, hospitality and spectator information. Treat social-media offers, payment requests outside a recognised booking system and packages with vague ticket wording as warning signs.
A travel package and an event ticket are not automatically the same product. Confirm exactly what is included, who issues the ticket and what happens if travel or event arrangements change.
Know the fixed dates
The official event week is 13–19 September 2027 at Adare Manor in County Limerick. Competition days are Friday 17 to Sunday 19 September, with practice and build-up earlier in the week.
Book the rest of the journey around the dates printed on your confirmed access documents. Recheck session times, entry rules, permitted items and accessibility arrangements closer to departure.
Protect the independent travel plan
Use flexible accommodation and transport where possible until event access is secure. Pay through traceable, protected methods and retain confirmations, cancellation terms and provider contact information.
